With years of experience in K-12 education and the trenches of consumer law, Quad has developed a talent for finding the loopholes in the credit and debt systems. She has an ability to break down complex legal jargon so that others (unsophisticated consumers) can understand. Quad's expertise isn't just academic, but she was born into poverty which exposed her to real world experience of fighting against the causes of debt collection and the credit system.
